On the title page of the publication, on the right-hand side, there is an impression of a rectangular black stamp with text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza A-202.», and in the centre below, an impression of an oval blue stamp with text in the original language: «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». The page also bears the handwritten inscriptions «1990» and «280».
