Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page there is a paper label bearing the following text in the original language: «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie. Sz. 29 № 10/2». On the third page of the book are handwritten inscriptions reading «1991» and «1984». On the fifth page, on the left-hand side, there is an impression of a blue rectangular stamp with the text in the original language «Nr.inwentarza C-4452.», and on the right-hand side, an impression of a blue oval stamp «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». There is also a handwritten inscription «7637» on the page.
