Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page, on a label bearing the title in the original language, «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie», there are handwritten inscriptions: «Sz 14.c., No. 130 and A. 1434». On the second page of the book there is a bookplate and a handwritten inscription «12 DH». On the eighth page, on the left-hand side, there is an impression of a rectangular blue stamp with the text in the original language «Nr.inwentarza A-1434.» and two impressions of oval stamps in black and purple, in the original language «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». The page also bears the handwritten inscriptions «1990», «11.498» and «2421».
