Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page is a paper label bearing the following text in the original language: «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie.», with the handwritten inscriptions «Sz. 29 №7». On the second page, at the bottom, there is a rectangular purple stamp with the text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza A-52.» and an impression of an oval purple stamp with the inscriptions in the original language: «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». On the fourth page there is a round purple stamp with the inscription in the original language: «Biblioteka Poturzycka J.W.D.» On the fifth page there is a purple rectangular stamp with the text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza С-4449.» and an impression of a purple oval stamp with the inscription in the original language «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». The page also bears the handwritten inscriptions «7633» and «1650».
