On the fifth page there is an oval purple stamp with the text in the original language «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie», and a square stamp with the text «АН УРСР ЛЬВІВ. Бібліотека Природознавчого музею» and handwritten inscriptions «1990», «72» and «10.892».
