Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page there is a paper label bearing the following text in the original language: «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie», with handwritten inscriptions: «Sz. 21e., No. 166». On the third page there is a handwritten inscription: «B.n.96». On the fifth page there is a black rectangular stamp with text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza B-3403» handwritten dates «1990» and «No. 4945», and a black oval stamp with the inscription «Dzieduszycki Museum in Lviv», a blue oval stamp with the inscription «Biblioteka Poturzycka W.D.» and a black square stamp with the inscription «Dział przyrodniczy».
