Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page there is a handwritten inscription reading «Sz. 14.с., № 131» and «A-1435». On the second page there is a library ex-libris and a label bearing the text in the original language: «A. GETRITZ INTROLIGATOR WE LWOWIE». This sticker indicates that the book was bound in Lviv by the renowned bookbinder A. Getritz (Alexander Getritz). The third page bears the handwritten inscription «2314». The fifth page bears the impression of a square stamp «Nr.inwentarza A-1435» and an oval black stamp with the inscription «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie». The page also bears the handwritten inscriptions: «1990», «11.499», «2314» and «W-392».
