Provenance: On the title page, in the upper left corner, a label bearing the original-language heading «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie» features the handwritten inscriptions «Sz 14.a, № 10» and «A-1315.» An oval purple stamp impression is also present on the page. The book's ex-libris appears on the second page. Handwritten inscriptions reading «1984» and «959» are found on the third page. On the right side of the fifth page, there is an impression of a rectangular black stamp with the original-language text «Nr.inwentarza A-1315.» Below this are impressions of a round blue stamp reading «Biblioteka W.D. Poturzycka» and an oval black stamp with the inscription «Muzeum imenia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie.» The page also bears the handwritten inscription «autor ofiaruje» and a flourish (paraph).
