Provenance: In the top left-hand corner of the title page is a paper label bearing the following text in the original language: «Biblioteka Muzeum im. Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie.» with handwritten inscriptions «Sz. 1с №54 A-54». The library’s ex-libris is located on the second page. On the third page there is a handwritten inscription «1984». On the fifth page, in the upper left-hand corner, there is a rectangular purple stamp with the text in the original language: «Nr.inwentarza A-54.», and in the lower part an oval blue stamp reading «Biblioteka Poturzycka W.D.». On the right-hand side of the page there is an oval black stamp bearing the inscriptions in the original language «Muzeum imienia Dzieduszyckich we Lwowie» and a rectangular black stamp bearing the inscription «Dział przyrodniczy» respectively. The page also bears the handwritten inscriptions: «81», «Szanowny Pan Jan Mazur Kowno» and «Zawadzki Węcki».
